astral-sh/setup-uv には浮動タグ v10 が無く（v10.1.0 と v6 以前の major タグのみ）、 雛形どおりに生成した CI が「Unable to resolve action astral-sh/setup-uv@v10」で落ちる。 生成した faq-agent の初回 push で実測（2026-09-15）。 Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FU3on2uCX9mYwkMaVXAq2A

docs/ai/playbook-assets/python-uv-ci-setup/references/templates.mdの CI 雛形がastral-sh/setup-uv@v10を指していたが、setup-uv には浮動タグv10が無い（あるのはv10.1.0とv6以前の major タグ）。雛形どおりに生成した CI は Set up job でUnable to resolve action astral-sh/setup-uv@v10, unable to find version v10で落ちる。v10.1.0に固定した。scripts/sync_ai_context.py --checkは通る（生成物に変更なし）。確認
